Gareth Bale's Sun Waiting to Rise

The Real Madrid forward player Gareth Bale is moving farther and farther away from his team. Going through a down in his performance, he did not score a single goal in the Bernabeu. He was not included in a post-victory, celebratory team photo in the dressing room.

This occasion was very discussion and called for a celebratory team photo as three team members were holding commemorative shirts, marking the career landmarks they have passed. Lucas Vazquez had a shirt with 200 to mark his 200th game for the club, Isco, with his son, had a shirt with 300 for the 300th game mark and Karim Benzema was holding a shirt with 500 on it to mark his 500th match for Real Madrid. Some members who were off the field for El Clasico succumbing to injuries like Eden Hazard, Marcos Asensio, Luka Jovic, Brahim Diaz, and the suspended team member Rodrygo Goes, were also present for the habitual post-match photo but only Gareth Bale was missing.

After being a year away from his last scored goal at Bernabeu, this could have been the year when Bale would have been important for the club because of Eden Hazard and Asensio being off the field because of injuries. So far, Bale hasn't been able to pull himself back to the squad.

In an interview manager, Arsene Wenger has said that Bale has been a decisive, measured and scoring player since he’s been a part of Real Madrid. He has scored very important goals in big matches. He has great abilities about his pace and finishing and could be very difficult for the opponent to deal with. Gareth Bale has the quality that Real Madrid needs. Wenger feels amused that Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane hasn’t used Bale up to his full potential.
