GUARIN LINKED AWAY

Inter Milan’s Fredy Guarin and Mateo Kovacic has been strongly linked with a way out of the Italian club. The 19 years old Croatian midfielder Kovacic has been limited to only a limited number of appearances this season and with Manchester United in desesperate need of new arrivals, it is becoming a big possibility for the young player to make a move to the Premier League.

Mateo Kovacic made a switch from Dinamo Zagreb to Inter Milan earlier this year and Manchester United was already keeping a close eye on the midfielder as they wanted to sign him but Inter Milan got ahead of them and managed to do it first.

The new owner of Inter Milan Erick Thohir already stated that a good price for the young player will be enough for him make a transfer out of the Italian club. Manchester United’s midfield consisting of Anderson, Tom Cleverley and Marouane Fellaini have been struggling this season and is one of the main reasons why they are in search of new arrivals.

Fredy Guarin on the other hand is a big target of Chelsea and according to his agent; a move to the Premier League club is edging closer and might be completed in January.
Guarin's agent Marcelo Ferreyra has already confirmed that talks have already been done concerning the future of his client Guarin.

He told Colombian network Caracol Radio: "We have already been to London with Inter and met with Chelsea directors to make their interest formal. If both clubs reach an agreement, a transfer is an option, but Fredy is happy at Inter as well if they don't agree terms’’.

"Fredy feels important under Walter Mazzarri. The upcoming World Cup also plays a role. We will also meet with the Inter owner to see what the project looks like here."
