BALE RULED OUT

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has ruled out star summer signing Gareth Bale from the upcoming la Liga match against Athletic Bilbao. The £ 86 million man has suffered a small problem in his leg, which will prevent him from playing, but he should be fit for the Copa del Rey encounter against Atletico Madrid according to Ancelotti.

Bale has not been the best player in Real Madrid's colours this campaign and it has been largely due to a succession of fitness problems. He was not involved in the pre-season form of Tottenham and Real Madrid as he was busy completing his protracted transfer saga.

GUARIN LINKED AWAY

Inter Milan’s Fredy Guarin and Mateo Kovacic has been strongly linked with a way out of the Italian club. The 19 years old Croatian midfielder Kovacic has been limited to only a limited number of appearances this season and with Manchester United in desesperate need of new arrivals, it is becoming a big possibility for the young player to make a move to the Premier League.

Mateo Kovacic made a switch from Dinamo Zagreb to Inter Milan earlier this year and Manchester United was already keeping a close eye on the midfielder as they wanted to sign him but Inter Milan got ahead of them and managed to do it first.

The new owner of Inter Milan Erick Thohir already stated that a good price for the young player will be enough for him make a transfer out of the Italian club. Manchester United’s midfield consisting of Anderson, Tom Cleverley and Marouane Fellaini have been struggling this season and is one of the main reasons why they are in search of new arrivals.

SPAIN CHAT PLANNED

The manager of the Wales national football team, Chris Coleman, is planning to go to Spain to have a chat with the Real Madrid officials regarding the availability of Gareth Bale for the international matches in future.

Bale himself wants to feature in each and every international game of Wales, but, Real Madrid is not fine with that. The Spanish club doesn’t want to risk the fitness of the 24 years old winger.

Chris Coleman has no problem in excusing Bale for the low profile games like the friendly ones, but, he wants him to be available for selection for the vital games like the Euro Cup qualifying games.

Bale has had some fitness concerns in the recent past because of which he has missed a few games for Real Madrid. Even while featuring for Wales in the game against Finland a couple of days back, he had suffered a minor injury.

REAL UNSURE ON BALE

Real Madrid are in danger of failing to get Wales international Gareth Bale from Tottenham this summer. This is after the Spanish club's president Florentino Perez has stated that the € 100 million price tag for the player is too much to ask.

It has been reported on several papers that Real Madrid have made an official offer of £ 85 million. This would break the current world record, which is also held by Real Madrid for the transfer of star Cristiano Ronaldo. Bale has had one season at Tottenham in which he has been outstanding.

KEEP BALE

Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe has said that the club should do everything that they can in order to keep winger Gareth Bale at the club. The 23-year-old Welshman has been linked with some of the biggest clubs in the world like Real Madrid, who are prepared to pay in excess of £ 50 million for the player.

Bale managed to win both PFA awards on offer last season, thus becoming the first player since Cristiano Ronaldo to do so. He is also amongst the elite players to have achieved this feat in the same season. Thierry Henry and Cristiano Ronaldo are the other players.

Bale has reiterated his desire to play in the Champions League, but there are huge fears that he may be prepared to look elsewhere after Tottenham yet again failed to qualify for this competition. However, they came extremely close only because of the brilliance of Bale.
