DORTMUND OPEN TO SANCHO SALE

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly open to the sale of winger Jadon Sancho this summer. This is according to the report from WAZ. It was revealed that the German Bundesliga giants are hoping to raise money from his sale to cushion the effects of Covid-19 on the club's finances.

Premier League giants Manchester United were interested in signing Jadon Sancho last summer but they were unable to meet the reported £100m valuation from Dortmund. The Germans have reduced their transfer fee for the Ex-Manchester City winger as per the aforementioned report.

Borussia Dortmund would demand a high double digits fee for Jadon Sancho this summer as he has a little over two years left on his contract with the club.

Sancho made a slow start to the current season on the back of a summer filled with reports of a move to Manchester United. The England international has recovered from that slow start to score 12 goals and also provide 16 goals for his teammates this season.

Dortmund are likely to have a busy summer with the futures of players like Jadon Sancho, ErlingHaaland and Julian Brandt in serious doubts.

Norwegian striker Haaland is a target for majority of the big teams around Europe but the finances involved might be too much for all the clubs except moneybags like Manchester City and Paris Saint Germain (PSG). He is undoubtedly the most sought-after player in European football alongside PSG striker KylianMbappe.

For German international Brandt, Premier League giants Arsenal were interested in him before the Gunners decided to sign Martin Odegaard on loan from Real Madrid.
