Gareth Bale got €91 million from Real Madrid

Gareth Bale went from being the main star of Tottenham Hotspur to joining Real Madrid for a record breaking transfer fee of €91 million and at first many people questioned this transfer as if the Welshman was worth all that cash but a few months later and Bale proved his worth as he helped Real Madrid on securing major titles including: The Kings Cup and the Champions League.

Bale continues playing a huge role for Real Madrid with consistent performances and now that the January transfer window is only a few weeks away from kicking off, Manchester United appears to have taken an interest in signing the Welshman and if rumors are to be believed then the Premier League club could be offloading as much as £90 million in order to bring him to Old Trafford.

Former Liverpool striker Ian Rush says that he is expecting even better things from Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale in the coming years. The Welshman is one of the players nominated for the FIFA Ballon d’Or award after helping Madrid win the Champions League title last season.

Even though Bale had a tough start to his life at the Santiago Bernabeu, he became a crucial member of the team towards the end of the campaign. Undoubtedly, his performances with Madrid have led to the talk of Bale helping Wales reach new heights in the coming years.

Riise Claims Magath has destroyed club

Former Fulham defender John Arne Riise says that manager Felix Magath has completely destroyed the club in the last few months. Magath took over as the Fulham manager in the second half of last season, but he was unable to prevent the London club from losing their Premier League status after more than a decade. Despite the disappointment, there was huge expectation surrounding Craven Cottage that they would be able to return to the English top division in the first instance. This has not been the case, as Fulham have made such a poor start to the Championship that they are now in danger of relegation to League One.

Mazzarri Lavishes Praise From United

Inter Milan manager Walter Mazzarri has lavished the praise from Manchester United by saying that they looked unbeatable. Inter recently came up against United in a pre-season friendly match. After the arrival of Louis van Gaal, the club have undergone a massive transition especially in terms of formation. During the regime of Sir Alex Ferguson, United were famed for sticking with the 4-4-2 formation. Van Gaal, though, has changed this immediately after adopting the 3-5-2 formation that was so popular in his Dutch team at the World Cup 2014.

Bale Will Return To Cardiff

Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale will be returning to Cardiff with his new team when they take on Sevilla in the UEFA Super Cup final. This match has been scheduled to take place in the millennium stadium. This incredible stadium has witnessed several great matches over the years, but the construction of the new Wembley has limited its appearance in the top stage for the last few years. It will be returning to glory once again with the UEFA Super Cup final, while this match will also see the return of Bale to his hometown.
